Hotel Information:

We are back at the Marriott Virginia Beach Oceanfront for this year's conference. Click here to make your reservation now at our discounted rate of $299. The deadline to make reservations at the guaranteed rate is Friday, June 28.

The hotel has a cancellation policy separate from VAPA registration. Please read thoroughly. Please note that once the block is full, VAPA staff may not have the ability to add more rooms and we can not assist with room reservations.

Our block does NOT include any rooms for the night of July 26. If you want to book Friday night, you will need to make two reservations, one through the VAPA link and one through this link. Please email Christi to let her know your confirmation numbers and we can combine your reservations.
